Zero stars. This is a terrible company with no customer service.

They refused to verify my identity because I had a new phone number after living overseas for two years.

When I asked them to work around my new phone number, they insisted that this was the only way to verify my identity, despite the fact that I gave them my SSN, DOB, old phone numbers, and have numerous federal IDs to verify my identity. Don't waste your time.

told by customer service the account no. doesnot exist then went to parent bank i do not have an account with them but my name is in system told them then i will stop making payments becouse i cannot get a monthly statement for over 4 mo.

I purchased a trailer and they are by far the worst financing company out there. Terrible customer service they are rude and have no helpful information and will leave you on hold for over an hour almost every time.

Their online portal never worked and I tried dozens of times and was never able to set up auto pay.

Then when I forgot to make a payment they didnt notify me until 2 weeks past due. Absolutely terrible company!

There was an overpayment on my account that I paid in full and now I have to wait way too long for them to get me my check because she said they were behind--$273.48 is due to me and had I been late on my part, I would have been penalized with a late fee so they should pay me a late fee now!! Terrible customer service as well--impossible to get anyone on the phone--was on hold for 13 min
